Introducing Automated AI Quality Assurance, Evidence-Backed Agent Supervision and Outcome Intelligence
New capabilities across Vibrium Quality and Signals enable enterprises to automate 100% of eligible recorded-call quality analysis, reduce manual auditing and monitor AI agent performance with greater consistency.
We have introduced three new capabilities across the Vibrium enterprise AI platform, designed to help organizations scale AI agent operations with greater quality visibility, measurable outcomes and more effective human oversight.
The latest updates introduce fully automated Call QA, evidence-backed Agent Evals and standardized Disposition Sentiment Metrics, enabling enterprises to move from fragmented manual quality checks to systematic, AI-powered operational supervision.
With these enhancements, businesses can automatically analyze every eligible recorded call, identify deviations from expected agent behavior and consistently track how customer interactions conclude.
Addressing the Growing Need for AI Oversight
As Indian banks and financial institutions continue debating the balance between AI autonomy and human oversight, a critical question is emerging: how can enterprises scale autonomous AI operations while ensuring consistent quality and accountability?
Vibrium's latest capabilities address the operational side of this challenge by automating routine quality monitoring, so human teams can focus on the exceptions that need investigation.
Three New Capabilities on Vibrium
1. Agent Evals: Evidence-Backed AI Agent Supervision
Vibrium now enables enterprises to automatically evaluate sampled customer conversations against each AI agent's configured persona and workflow.
Evaluations assess response latency, API failures, interruptions, call-flow adherence and disposition accuracy. Findings are classified as Critical, Warning, Clean or Not Checked, with prioritized recommendations and evidence linked directly to specific conversation turns.
Business outcome: reduced reliance on manual call audits, faster identification of operational issues and more focused human review.

2. Call QA: Fully Automated Quality Analysis
Every completed call with a recording is now automatically analyzed, so no one has to manually initiate a quality assessment.
Each call receives a Green, Amber or Red quality verdict, supported by speech percentage, silence duration, dead-air analysis, recordings, transcripts and conversation timelines.
Business outcome: automated quality monitoring across 100% of eligible recorded calls, giving broader operational visibility without anyone starting the analysis by hand.
Available in Vibrium Quality → Call QA
3. Disposition Sentiment: Consistent Outcome Intelligence
Vibrium has introduced standardized sentiment classification based on predefined call dispositions, replacing independent AI model judgements for each conversation.
A new Disposition Sentiment Rate dashboard tracks positive, neutral and negative outcome percentages over time, allowing enterprises to identify performance trends and investigate the dispositions driving them.
Business outcome: more consistent outcome measurement, clearer performance trends and better visibility into changes in AI agent results.

Advancing Scalable AI Agent Supervision
Together, these updates strengthen Vibrium's ability to support enterprises operating AI agents at scale.
By combining automated call quality analysis, evidence-backed behavioral evaluations and consistent outcome measurement, Vibrium enables organizations to move towards continuous operational quality visibility and exception-focused human oversight.
As AI adoption accelerates across BFSI and other enterprise sectors, the objective is no longer simply to automate more processes, but to ensure those processes remain observable, measurable and accountable.
With these releases, Vibrium advances its vision of enterprise AI that not only executes autonomously, but can also be consistently evaluated and improved.
Availability note: automated Call QA applies to eligible recorded calls. Calls before September 25, 2026 were not automatically analyzed.
